Due to our close proximity to the forest there is no smoking or live fire allowed anywhere on the property or surrounding areas. Gas fireplaces provided are allowed.

No pets allowed in home. Even though pets are family to many of us we are not able to accommodate them due to our families allergies. A breaking of this rule will result in a $250 fine.
